How doe's Bank of America play into the deal?

The PR says: "We are extremely excited that the worlds largest credit-card processor has embedded our keystroke encryption software into their small & medium-sized business (SMB) PCI Security Solution,."

It would be great if BA is part of the business but does it fit into the model?
