I have given the deal some more thoughts and came to the conclusion that it must be our partner stalling.
Given our financial situation it would not make any sense for NP not to sign this deal.
We've known the specifics of the deal since sept 12th.
It has been 11 weeks since and it should not take this long to finalize it.
I'm pretty sure NP would rather have signed it yesterday then today.
Looks like our partner thinks it might benefit him to take dvantage of our financial situation.
I can't see it any other way. If your sincere about stepping into a mutual beneficial and serious relationship you don't keep your partner tangling like this.
That doesn't look promising for a 12 year exclusive relationship.
No, I do not believe there are other or better deals out there. I think it's much too soon to be in advanced dscussions about tnbc, nash, gvhd. No salvation there.
