I am not a cheerleader but I do like to stick to what I think are facts and not wild speculation or conspiracy theories. I could care no less what IFlub thinks or says and have long said that no matter what they say or do Mexus will thrive or die according to its own merits or misdeeds. There has no doubt been many missteps but I also know for a fact that there has been a massive effort from PT to ensure Mexus succeeds. And at this point it is my belief that the "Tale of the tape" is that Mexus's success, or not, will be determined in the near future. Success in my humble opinion will be a slow progression as the MC starts to produce and in sufficient amounts of precious metals to pay outstanding debt obligations, as delineated in the recent 10Q, and to keep continuous operations financed. Failing that I see no way that Mexus could survive without an influx of cash, through perhaps selling a portion of the company, or by some other means that won't dilute the outstanding share structure into oblivion, or without selling us, the shareholders, down the river.
Having said all that I have been told that the MC has been running and that PT is in Mexico and has been for nearing two weeks now. As to the success of the MC as regards run time, how the chemistry is working as regards the pond content, and the amount of gold produced is an unknown by me at the moment. I can only assume that the MC wouldn't run unless the gold content in the pond would warrant the financial feasability of operating it.
Also, Mexico does celebrate Thanksgiving and whether the crew will be off or not I don't know. Assuming they do take a break there I can speculate that there will probably be a skeleton crew on hand to monitor the pond, etc., as well as maintaining guards in place. This of course would slow the operation for a few days. Or, they could continue work, I just don't know.
As regards a forthcoming PR, it is my belief that PT will surely issue an update as we didn't have one this past Monday. And hopefully it would tell us of the results of the MC operation, or at least at a minimum, that it is operating successfully.
Final thought, there has been much speculation about why the sell off in recent days. I'm not smart enough to figure that one out but I think any layman could deduce that , in view of outstanding loans, there is a possibility that perhaps shares have been issued to satisfy the most recent loan obligation thus the selling of shares.
Keep in mind that these are my thoughts only and no hard information has come my way. I do think however that either good, or bad, news will be forthcoming soon. And we all hope that whatever happens is that a breath of fresh air will come in the next week or so, or maybe as soon as the next PR which I dearly hope will be this coming Monday. I continue my mantra, "Wait and hope". Good luck all and enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving and the holidays. For the time being I keep the faith. GGB
