Since then we have heard "share holders we are good".
I believe everything now is done and Dr. Dalton is waiting just like us.
Once the government signs off, I really don't think Dr. Dalton will delay PR's. to fit a certain day or holiday. He is as anxious as we are or more.
Waiting on the Government can be a bitch.
