Please note the MILV float and real OS is 290 Mil shares. The rest were taken by the custodian, and the new owners/buyers will want those shares in the purchase R/M so they swap them for preferred voting shares, and return them to the treasury. So the posted OS is technically inaccurate. The float is not changing any time soon.
