That would be the proper resolution, and if it were done in a specified time frame (say 30 days), it would positively affect the pps. But I don't know if anybody has the "juice" to make that happen, outside of a court of law.

Can the SEC suspend CM's licenses without a full investigation and hearing? If not, this could take a year or more to resolve, and by then, hopefully this will just be a blip on the radar.
