Here is my question. Can anything really be done for the shareholders? With the PPS already down to .83 currently, the damage is already done. So, even if they get penalized for what happened, the PPS is down, the shareholders are still left with a PPS that is way down from when all of this might have started.

So, what now? We just need to wait until it climbs back up since they probably won't be selling anymore of their shares?
