This wouldn’t make sense because they would have due bills to the purchases of their shares meaning after div they would have to buy back 2x. This strategy is not their reason.

And also: this is freaking crazy, no reason to suppose anything as this will require a lot more information. 4MM shares is like 15 days worth at 10 day average, so this explains both the drop and the fact that purchasers here got shares with no due bill attached. I for 1 have due bills on all my lots. Tc, mine is not listed on the stock anywhere but on my trade confirmation, if that helps.
