Did they do this because the terms of an agreement with Generex were breached?

The fact that Generex is checking on the APA's now is concerning. I hope there is recourse for Generex and the shareholders. I will bet #100 shares of Generex stock there is not strong enough language in the agreements to do anything. The SEC will give Creek Mountain a very stearn lecture and tell them to behave themselves next time.
