Originally he was with edison group. He became a CytoDyn email some time ago (~Mayish maybe) and remains such to my knowledge. I don't recall exactly when but you can look through the PRs and see when his email address changed or was removed from the PRs.

EDIT: I went back and looked and looks like he began working for CytoDyn sometime between the June 24th PR (listed as edison group) and then 2 PRs with him not listed and then July 25th Marek has a @cytodyn email listed.
