I dont think a 1:1 was decided overnight, there must be a plan. Also acquisitions without funds in the bank and pps below .50 wont make it easy to move forward. Joe and his team are very creative and so far very confident during CC's. EMMA (www.emmausmedical.com) mentioned in previous calls , better website but less to offer. If they can line up financing we should be able too!! AE37 ph2 start up date was 5/3/19, 6 months ago, update would be welcome.
