toodles, I agree that it is probably all completed. I would not be surprised if SEC is also completed. Whatever we are waiting on I think is NOT any heavy lifting. Probably just coordinating the release with a partner/deal or something to that effect.

We are good and doc is excited. To me that means big money is right around the corner. I can't think of a worse time to sell this stock.
