Agreed. The silent graveyard, people that have died for the FDA’s slow action... no one talks about. The public graveyard, the people that die from the FDA’s quick action, becomes very visible, lawmakers bring in the head of the FDa and ask, “why did you approve that drug.” So here we are with the FDA siding on caution almost always, while drugs like leronlimab ground out the fda approval process with 2x the efficacy as previously approved, no documented resistance, less side effects, weekly dosing the HIV community has long requested. Crazy for an outsider looking in at the process.
