During the weekend, I watched “the founder”...The 2 main characteristics that Ray Kroc had were persistence and ‘thinking big’...reminded me of Joe/Gnbt...Ray Kroc struggled in the beginning but his persistence and thinking big paid off enormously...now everyone knows McDonald’s!

Joe and his team’s resolve and vision will one day pay off huge too!
