I disagree. I don't think the BLA submission is baked into a 30c share price. I believe some people right now say I will believe it when I see it at this point, which is why the sp dropped after the last BLA delay was announced. With the FDA accepting the BLA, that also triggers some accounting of product changes. Right or wrong, I look forward to having it announced to see who is correct.
