The value of NGIO will be determined by the piece that GNBT sells to investors (money they raise during the raising). If they sell off 20% of NGIO for $60M, then that would set the company value at $300M. So if NGIO has 100M shares and 20M sell for $60M, then each share will be $3. This is all just an example.
