Not bashing, I'm trying to understand what difference that one act would have on share price or Steve's business credibility.
It's not like paying it off in cash is the same as signing a known insurance company to a meaningful verified deal, which is what everyone here seems to be holding their breath for.
I suppose it doesn't matter if I understand paying it off, because it doesn't seem likely to occur.

the whole situation can be turned around if the CEO openly pays the note in cash on 12/1 to show good faith
