Or even at the 52-week high (or wherever the price goes when a deal is announced). The fact is that anyone who bought prior to this month was wrong. And those who waited were right: millions of shares are available for the taking at ~30 cents. Maybe if NP executes (and the science holds up), they won’t be available next month at ~25 cents. And I hope to God they won’t be. But anyone who doesn’t consider that a very real risk hasn’t been paying attention.
