So what makes you say that the court case is not over yet? What are you wearing in your sleeve?
In an earlier news release the company said that there were two parts to their lawsuit. I think they said it twice. Part 1 was the patent infringement. We know the answer to that one or at least where that stands. Part 2 was slick. I mentioned it to KB this morning and he told me that it is a good thing that I read the entire news releases not just the headline like many message board posters. Look hard, you like to research, you will find it. If KB goes through with this, he will be further trashed on the message boards about this shareholders' resources nonsense, but in my opinion it is worth a try.
