That is certainly my assumption, as unfair as it may be. We lose $52 million in market cap when 20 million shares are retired, but market cap is held constant when the dividend is issued. And worse yet, they will assume ALL shares are receiving the dividend, when in fact it is just a percentage of the 44 million shares that receive it.

But that's life on the OTC. Hopefully, there will be other news that bolsters the pps with the news release of the dividend being paid (or during the CC).
