$PSGR Getting close to DECEMBER 2019! Looking back on the April 3, 2019 Press Release and the qualifying wording. 'Completion of Phase 1 will depend on securing sufficient funding...'.
One has to wonder how 'securing sufficient funding….' for a company will occur when the company has had TWENTY PLUS YEARS of ZERO production and a continuous series of promises and NOTHING to show for its (cough-cough) progress.
The shares have hovered around the penny level for years; the MILLION DOLLAR investment by Blackridge does not appear to have occurred AND investors have heard nothing about the MILLIONS of DOLLARS that, allegedly, are floating around with respect to the two mine sites in Nevada (Re: Mr. McDowell & Company). Where is the money???? Eight months is a long time for NOTHING to have been reported. What about words such as PROGRESS, STATUS, SITE PREPARATION, ASSAYS? Y'know, the little things that investors might need to know to free up a few dollars.
Maybe Santa Claus will bring GOOD NEWS for Christmas! You do believe in Santa, doncha? Apparently for the past TWENTY PLUS YEARS, Santa has forgotten to stop off at Pershing Resources. You'd think that the Fat Old Jolly Curmudgeon would have left something under the tree!!! Hell, even a chunk of coal would have more value, be more useful, and be more reliable than this Penny Stock. Investors are past growing tired of finding BS in their Christmas Stockings!
