Do you think you can try to recall the name of the company? I’d like to do some research on this since PPS was under $2 and it got uplisted to nasdaq...just wondering how that happened...wondering if there are PPS exemptions out there

i saw a company the other day....going to nasdaq from the otc, in the afterhours of the market, i don't recall the name....but it was a pos of 1.35 and the quoted price going into the nasdaq was 4.25 at the open.....am not saying that will happen to us, but i am leaving the possibility of that happening with us open...
