I believe Joe has had 4 surgeries, Yes, this has required some absence but I don't get the impression he has been completely out of the loop for extended periods.The injuries and post surgical complications are significant. Joe has already stated this. I did not get to ask if Terry or anyone else was taking the lead. IMO, that probably should have happened and allowed for an improved recovery. Whether it has affected Generex's short term progress. How could it not? Todd said some things could have gone smoother during this recent period but he is adamant delays are part of the process but nothing is broken. I asked specifically if the PPS decrease affected either the public company(for NGIO) or ALTuCELL purchase and he indicated these are still progressing. Regarding NGIO, it may beat GNBT to be up-listed and the value it receives can only help Generex get to be where it needs to be. He mentioned at least 300M valuation and he thought aloud wouldn't we be happy if our PPS reflected that today.

My original email to Todd was about common stock purchases by those associated with Generex. As you may recall, I posted information here how to legally do this, regardless of what is happening with the company. I sent it to Joe(reply was we are in a black out plus some other nasty comments unbecoming of a CEO), Joe and Todd via Generex(no response) and Mark the CFO(No response). In my email's to Mark and Todd, I asked for printed documentation this "blackout period" exists. It turns out there is no memo etc. He says they have weekly calls and everybody just knows. He went on to say with everything they have going on they are in a perpetual blackout. Convenient.

He added, like Joe did in the CC there are other big things coming(Olaregen).


I always enjoy talking with Todd. I suggest if you call him, have a specific question or two and make it quick. I think he could use a vacation.
