I see now why you asked. The blog site got a little ahead of itself.
There was a shareholder meeting already scheduled that was expected, per the snail mail letter to shareholders of MILV, to complete the R/M deal on paper.
We felt it safe to assume its a done deal. Fliing confirmation could arrive any minute or day.
