It seems that the best opportunity to have made a deal was during the 2 week period after where the panel didn't immediately throw the case out...now what do we have? It has been spouted that Share price isn't everything, over and over again! I beg to differ! How can Decn borrow money with no money in the bank and a share price at around .01?
