Didn`t you lecture us last time when J&J ran to the supreme court that the judges would only take a case when the constitution is involved?
Estoppel is part of the Commerce Clause in the constitution. I am not sure where KB wants to go with this but we should all support him either way. He has a business to run and we own shares -- at least some of us do. We should want the business to grow.
Oh, and by the way, in my humble opinion share price is not the only thing or the everything.
