"The Canouse got his day 1 at 0.0002. He needs two more days for the stock to hit 0.0001 even for one trade so they can secure one billion shares for the notes due on 12/1. The CEO will need to show that the stock is not worth 0.00005 by paying the note in cash. He can kick the CAN down the road but that is not helpful either."
