Hopefully DECN and KB are able to proceed with the product launches in spite of this.
I spoke to KB about this earlier this morning. He told me that he did not know yet if he wanted to take this court stuff any further. I for one hope he does. I have always wanted to see the inside of the U.S. Supreme Court and hope I can wriggle an invite ticket from him if they do appeal. He said that the lawyers want to bring in a Supreme Court rainmaker, who if you follow politics, is a major mover and shaker and well known to the Supremes because he argued in from of them as Solicitor General for years.
He also said, that at least now he doesn't have to take any more daily calls from penny traders about cash dividends.
Why would anyone think that a lawsuit against J&J would hold up product launches. Only a lack of capital would do that.
