The Bid has slowing ticked up from .0087 to .0088 and now it is .0089 with ETRF the MM sitting with a block of 200,000
The MM's are trying to entice some trading, however no more trades.
There are only 4 trades so far today - after 2 hrs and 53 mins
I am taking this as a Bullish Signal - to me NO sellers is always a Bullish Signal.
