If GC is going to do anything other than pack it up- he first will need to file his very late 10q's in order to get up to date.

In my mind that will be the first sign. He will not want to waste any money on an accountant to file these unless he plans on moving forward.

If we see some filings then we will know that there is still a heartbeat.
