One of the problems I have with the CC and this is a problem with any CC really, is they are pretty generic in the standpoint of the company will bring in the 'team' to give an overview, without really telling what's actually going on behind the scenes. This is just the nature of Conference calls. Again, it's what it is. The last few CCs have shown that. I've been on them and we got information out of them, but there were still some aha questions that still were not answered. Even TC asked a few that Joe did not actually come out and answer.
I know Joe has a lot on the line with everything. That's not even a debate, with all the acquisitions that have gone on. There has got to be some concern here though, because we cannot and I'm not just saying people on the board, but any shareholder to be comfortable with the drop of the PPS overall. We can all look at the future and say, yes let's look at the possibilities. But, as shareholders in a company, whether on OTC, NASDAQ, NYSE, whatever, there has to be a concern, even in the short term, when you see a stock drop this much. There has got to be a concern in what the company is doing about it.
There were major questions around the 2.00 for example. The last CC, this was raised and I don't believe a definitive answer was ever given on it. So, now another CC and that question will probably be asked again, because we have not heard any news on NASDAQ. Also, the 10-K. That will probably be asked about. I understand, bringing things up on a CC, but if direct answers are not being given, but roundabout answers, what's the use of a CC? I think we need to have some type of updates in the interim as well providing answers to what is going on that affect the overall well being of the company, for the sake of the company as well as for the shareholders.
I do agree with you about looking after NGIO Altucell, dividends. The caveat is the uplist. Will we get it or not this time around? All the other parts from the announcement look to be a go. The uplist was the only one that was a we will give an update on. So, that's the big if it's going to happen this go around or not.
