That's awesome, but keep in mind that the FDA still holds the cards on CBD infused foods and beverages. We may be able to quietly distribute CBD infused foods and beverages in pockets (and of course direct online sales) where local authorities are not pursuing "normal" doses of CBD and which aren't sporting ridiculous and unsubstantiated claims on the packaging, but it'll go full throttle once the FDA provides final and detailed guidance for those products.
Not sure where all of our CBD infused drinks are going, but I think there are some of those areas where they can distribute them at retail locations with very little risk of confiscation.
Hemp seed extract infused foods and beverages can be distributed nearly everywhere, and the Carlin Group was willing to distribute those products immediately. We will likely be updated as to the progress on all fronts sometime soon, but right now the focus is definitely on the CBD Life production since the deal is HUGE and there are absolutely NO regulatory barriers left in our way in Mexico.
The feedback from their market testing has been very exciting and they anticipate strong sales growth for Rocket High and California beverages. More large Mexican distribution deals will undoubtedly be announced in the near future.
