I keep seeing the same comment on BTGI: "Someone is loading up for the big run". But no one ever gives an opinion of what this Big Run is going to be based on.

Is there anyone clever enough to give us a realistic scenario of why our illustrious CEO would attempt to resurrect this company again, given the myriad of lawsuits, etc. If so, would we retain common stock share value, or would that slate be wiped clean (ex: General Motors circa 2009).
