I talked to a big dog at E*TRADE because I am a big dog lol. Gave me about 5 interpretations of “corporate action”
Could be Tallying shareholder count and or shares for a UNVC action
Could be moving up to another exchange
Could be merger buyout ie multiple situations/scenarios
Could be E*TRADE doing their thing on a dark company
Bottom line is
He told me they use the term “corporate action” because they can’t specifically say why
For example if
UNVC was moving to a higher exchange as they told us that this would be considered an insider tip which of course we would be selling our homes to buy more shares lol
BUT
If someone actually some good stuff and or specific reason pm me
Love to hear it
Either way we are GOLDEN
