A friend of mine put a buy order in this morning on etrade. I asked her exactly how it went. She said the only delay was a long hold time. They didn't ask her anything about why she wanted to buy, or any other invasive questions.

I haven't had to call in yet because I haven't bought anything since July. But if I do somehow manage to be able to buy more I'll use TDA.
