Today is the first day of the 10 days count down for the note due on 12/1. Anytime you see trading at 0.0001 even for one trade is counted toward the minimum. If we hit 0.0001 on three separate days, then the toxic note will be paid at 50% discount of 0.0001 or at 0.00005. This will make it close to one billion shares unless paid in cash.
