The way governmental agencies work ( lol ) I would assume there would be some buying activity and price buildup due to loose lips at either the SEC or FINRA people or anywhere up and down the paperwork trail.
Although illegal or considered "insider" trading, I am speculating that there will be an upward trend due to new buyers wanting in before official news drops. Just my guess. Get ready to rumble!
