WinstonsNC, you absolutely right that how many shares Bought Back before the NEWS shall determine the upside PPS once NEWS is out and filings are done.
I would like to assume that at 0.0005 - 0.0007 levels there would at least 11 billion shares available for sale because most of the BIGWIGS who have invested in PHIL over 2 years ago or beyond back in time frame have their PURCHASE PRICE in that range based on the posts on the ADVFN. That means it will cost Henry around 5 - 7 million USD to complete 11 billion shares which shall leave about 2 billion shares outstanding.
After NEWS is out, the PPS would be over 15 cents is my honest and humble opiinion
