The PPS is ridiculously low...Besides the shorts, does it make sense that anyone would be selling at this price?
1:1 dividend
Ngio spin off
Ngio proposed dividend
Altucell closing coming up
Even if someone illogically think that the company is not going to survive when Excellagen sales is starting to ramp up...why would anyone still sell at this PPS? Just Ngio is worth $300 million at least...and gnbt’s market cap is only $40 million...
And even if someone really think the worst, why not wait 2 weeks and see how all the above events play out???
