I posted a large study before, not just an example but large study in US launch vs partner, on many biotechs and going it alone had the better results on average. It is linked here, I will have to find it, but IH doesn’t have the best search feature. Here is a similar smaller study on small US deciding to launch or partner for Europe from 2003 to 2013
