I agree. Cost of building a drug is one thing, marketing, having seminars for doctors and informing them and selling it is a whole different thing. Will cost them hundreds of million/year to put a team together just for US market.
Other companies with the marketing and sales infrastructure in place, will have a litte overhead for training their target driven and bonus based staff, to add a new thing to their existing portfolio.
