I think the dividend is happening on 11/29 no matter what. Joe has stated that, the PR said the "paid dividend", etc. The uplisting is a concern though. Is the nasdaq going to say our price is heading in the wrong direction and we should do a R/S to get it up, which would remove our new dividends. I'm not saying that is what is happening or will happen, but just throwing out the idea. And NO, I have NOT talked with Joe about this and he will probably come on here and say that is the dumbest thing he has ever read. lol
