Yeah, that is true. I was meaning if the wait to announce the deal until after the BLA is submitted, there is less benefit in that if they announced the deal two week ago, they wouldn't be raising cash at 30c now, it would be at a higher price. After the BLA is submitted I suspect that we will be a higher price either way, so the deal is less beneficial announced then as opposed to now.
