For me, this is probably the most important information
here is an example of the conversion rate: (this is basically sell pressure)
50% discount on the average of the 3 lowest closing bid prices during the 10 trading days prior to conversion ($0.045)
On May 15, 2019, the Company filed a registration statement for 30,000,000 shares to be purchased by GHS.
08/23/2019 GHS Investments 1,466,625 $ 0.050 Shares Sold
09/6/2019 GHS Investments 1,735,793 0.050 Shares Sold
09/20/2019 GHS Investments 1,592,938 0.039 Shares Sold
10/4/2019 GHS Investments 1,609,177 0.033 Shares Sold
10/17/2019 GHS Investments 1,947,826 0.029 Shares Sold
10/30/2019 GHS Investments 1,982,323 0.026 Shares Sold

So about 50% of GHS is now gone (or soon to be) this is good news as dillution is coming to an end and hopefully real revenue will replace the need to call upon GHS.... so we need buying pressure to compensate.
