I hear ya...I am guessing the reason for the delay is probably because GNBT is still waiting for appraisal for NGIO...and once they get the appraisal, figure out the capital structure, then they can announce the new NGIO dividend...I am guessing they will give a good enough of dividend, so PPS will move higher, and GNBT can be uplisted...but at the same time, not giving away the farm.
