10 Q highlights:

Did a brief look at it.
The things I am focused on are sales, cash ,amount of shares ,expenses and any subsequent events.

-Sales look like a record - up about 300% over last years.
-expenses,cash ,acct receivable etc are as expected.
-Shares 126m as of 09/30 7.7 mill since= 133-134 mill outstanding.
-events- there are some updates on various lawsuits,appeals and collections

overall- no surprises for me. Will look deeper into it.

Basical Synopsis is that we need significantly higher sales to eradicate the "share selling for $$" route.
Better sooner rather than later.
