I shared with you and the board before on how I think he is recognizing revenues. He is obviously booking sales but is he actually shipping product? I say no based upon the huge Accounts Receivable and the absolute lack of downloads in any app store.

That's why if you had access to the A/R aging I think your head would pop off your shoulders with some of the entries on it. Any auditor would zero in on that report to prove or disprove actual sales. And that's why there will never be an audit until SB finds a way to come up with a huge verified contract worth $10 million so he can cover up all his previous numbers.
