So your take on SFRX is that their prime objective is to sell their company stock outside of the public domain, Restricted Shares, and this is how they make $$$ ?
This seems very odd to me in a time whereby FINRA and the SEC have regulated the moving of those Restricted Shares near impossible.
I would believe that the individuals buying this type of stock would surely be aware of this situation and just buy on the open market. Otherwise, they potentially could end up with worthless paper.
