The Q indicates the Company is in default on $3.5M in convertible debt. There are certain implications with that, depending on the terms
of the notes, including severe interest penalties, issuance of additional penalty shares, filing of confesses judgement, possibly a lien on the intellectual property of the Company. Hopefully Kay has a good relationship with the note holders and can mitigate the potential issues, if any. IMHO
