This is huge news......mostly for sick patients that will be able to receive leronlimab under expanded access and then hopefully the results support a fast approval. Entering TNBC space would be huge, but all cancers multiplies the TNBC numbers by 10-15x! Leronlimab is already proven safe, so if human results support efficacy and given the CTC test as a surrogate endpoint approval could come faster than many expect.
